Each shampoo bar weighs approximately 100g when packed (there may be slight variations from bar to bar as they are all handmade and hand cut).
Shampoo bar ingredients: Mount Zero Olives extra virgin olive oil, Niulife certified organic coconut oil, sodium hydroxide, essential oils, green or pink clay.
For many hair types no conditioner is needed as the shampoo is so gentle and doesn’t strip your hair of its natural oils like detergent-based shampoos do. But you can use any kind of conditioner with this shampoo.
If you have curly hair, you might want to try this really effective natural de-tangler: it's just apple cider vinegar and water, in a ratio of approx 1:1 to 1:3 - the dilution rate varies a lot depending on hair type. It helps bring the pH of your hair down which smooths the strands. Pour about half to one cup (of the ACV and water mixture) through your hair, leave it on for a minutes or so before rinsing it out well then combing through.
This apple cider vinegar mixture is also really effective as a conditioner for short, oily or straight hair, following shampooing with these shampoo bars.
